Home Decor Update + New Mattress!

It's been about a year since we moved into our town home and we've had some recent updates that ya'll mentioned you wanted to see on Instagram! So, I decided the best way to share was to create a video of me sharing all the updates and how they look. Then down below I have all the items linked that you can shop if you're interested. 

Our home is still a work in progress, but we truly love the additions we've recently added!

We love love this co​​uch! It is hands down the best couch. We went with the option without feathers because we thought it was more comfortable and the couch will hold it's shape better. My husband and I love cozying up together on the couch as the seats are wide and provide a ton of room. I spend most of my working hours on the chaise of the couch lol. There are a lot of color options to choose from however we like this multi grey color!

Also- I think we found the softest pillows! We ended up getting 3 of them to fill the space and I use them whenever I'm on the couch. They are the perfect creamy color and decorative pillow.

This is our coffee table and side tables currently. We are looking to find a round more neutral coffee table but this does the job right now! I love the baskets that come with this set- such a neat decor addition to the furniture piece.

We LOVE this TV Stand! My husband actually received this gift as a birthday present and when we saw it we were ecstatic!! We got it in the White Oak color which was perfect because we like the bright neutrals and this matched perfectly with the multi color in our couch. We love the closed storage space that it has so we can hide games, movies and cords. Then the middle has two open shelves which I want to fill with some decorative books or plants. This stand will hold up to a 70' TV. We are waiting to purchase a bigger TV till we find a good sale. My husband, Jordan, and I do not like to buy things full price so we'll keep an eye out till we see a good sale 😉

We are slowly getting our guest bedroom put together and we just about have completed the bed set. We do want to get two more throw decorative pillows just to complete the whole bed. We LOVE the headboard! It's a great quality grey cushioned frame which we love because we want our guest room to be more neutral. The comforter set​​ is great quality and matched the headboard perfectly. 

This mattress is amazing! When Jordan and I got married his sweet parents gave us their king mattress because they were going to purchase a new one. Let me tell ya we were so so happy for that mattress- the newlywed struggle ya'll lol! But, when lull reached out to me about their beds I did all the research and was so dang excited. I share the whole process and my thoughts in detail about the mattress in the YouTube video above. But, long story short the memory foam mattress is the perfect combo between firm, where you don't feel like you just fall into the mattress, but soft where it forms to your body when you're laying down. If ya'll have been following me for a hot second...you know my love for plants! I wanted to add some color to the background of my YouTube videos so I added this plant. I especially loved this one for the price because it comes with a basket already when usually plants will come without and so you have to additionally pay for the basket. This tree is the perfect height for right beside an accent chair or couch because it is 4 foot tall.
