Best Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Cookies! (Gluten Free)

Hey hey hey!! These cookies are my absolute FAVORITE! My mother-in-law brought them to our family vacation and we devoured about the bags in the first couple days and then argued about the last few haha. The best part is they are SO simple to make, super healthy and taste AMAZING!

What You Need

2 Large ripe bananas

1 3/4  cups quick oats (use gluten free if need be)

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 tbsp honey

bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

bag of white chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

How To:

1. Start by preheating the over to 350 degrees. Mash bananas into bowl. Add in the oats and mix well- sometimes I add a bit more oatmeal if seems too sticky. 

2. Add in other ingredients. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop one tablespoon of dough per cookie and flatten a bit. They will cook pretty much the way you put them on the tray they don't spread.

3. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden on top. DO NOT OVERBAKE. IMMEDIATELY remove from cookie sheet!!! 

4. My secret sauce: put them in a the fridge!! They taste soo good cool!! Kinda like a ice cream cookie!
